1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Cloud Shopie's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our services are provided primarily through Telegram (@G4rxd). Any purchase made constitutes an agreement to these rules.

2. Service Delivery

  • RDP and VPS details are typically delivered instantly after payment confirmation.
  • Custom configurations may take 30-60 minutes for deployment.
  • The service period starts from the moment the credentials are delivered to you.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from using our servers for:

DDOS or Network Attacks
Distributing Malware/Viruses
Port Scanning
Illegal Content Hosting

Violation results in immediate termination without refund.

4. Warranty & Replacement

We offer a 25-day warranty on all standard plans. If a server goes down due to technical issues on our end, we will provide a replacement or repair it within 12-24 hours. Warranty is voided if the server is suspended due to TOS violations.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If we cannot resolve a major service disruption within 48 hours, a prorated refund may be issued. Change of mind after delivery is not eligible for a refund.
